Pulse + Practice™ Refunds & Returns Policy

At Pulse + Practice™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and fully supported in your journey toward business transformation. This policy explains our guidelines for refunds, returns, and exchanges.


1. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products — including templates, guides, online courses, and other downloadable materials — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a comparable replacement if needed.

2. Consulting & Coaching Services

Due to the time and preparation required for our consulting, coaching, and training services, all fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the engagement has begun.

  • If you need to reschedule a booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Eligible items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

4. Event Registrations

Event and workshop registration fees are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer of your ticket to a future event or to another participant. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a request, email [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for your request
  • Any supporting documentation or photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions in rare and special circumstances. All decisions are final.
