Dr. Stacia E. Kelly-Landrum, MBA, NCRT is a visionary systems leader, executive coach, and transformation architect with over 20+ years of experience in organizational strategy, quality improvement, and culture design.

She’s led teams of 400+, built dashboards that actually get used, and helped both public agencies and private clients turn their values into results. But more importantly—she gets people. She knows what it’s like to be underestimated and overlooked. That’s why she built Pulse + Practice™: to create a space where systems finally see the soul in the room.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, but her real education? That came from navigating bureaucracy, burnout, and big visions—all at once.
